My hubby's birthday was a crazy day this year. We really didn't do much to celebrate and I felt bad. Every one deserves to feel special on their birthday. So I made him his favorite cheesecake (you can find the recipe here.)http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/new-york-cheesecake-iii/Detail.aspx
He likes it plain. In fact - he likes a lot of desserts plain. No frosting. No fudge. No glaze. No fun. I did jazz up the edges with a fudge frosting just so the rest of us could get it down. :-) Not that we have to force cheesecake down by any means.
